This policy explains how information submitted through qassist.qa is handled.
The enquiry form may collect your name, organization, work email, optional telephone number, service and sector selections, requirements, preferred contact method, language and consent. Please do not submit confidential documents or sensitive personal information through the form.
Information is intended to be used to review, respond to and manage your enquiry, protect the form from abuse and maintain necessary operational records. It should not be used for unrelated advertising without a separate basis and notice.
The website is intended to use Cloudflare hosting and security services. Cloudflare may process technical request information. Turnstile is intended to assess abuse signals; its token is validated server-side and is not stored with an enquiry. Application logs are designed to record request IDs, route, status and error category without form content, email, telephone, token or full IP address.
No marketing analytics, advertising pixels or session replay are included in the initial build. Cloudflare security services may use necessary cookies or similar mechanisms. If optional analytics are approved later, this notice should be updated and any consent requirement assessed before enabling them.
Enquiry information should be retained only for an approved operational or legal period and then deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are intended, but no internet service can promise absolute security. A documented retention and deletion schedule must be approved before persistent enquiry storage is enabled.
